My jaw dropped when I saw these Underground London boots at Pixie Market. Blue leopard pony skin chelsea boots. Fucking fantastic. The shape of these is just perfect and I have yet to get a pair of mid height ankle boots with a good, pointy toe. I know Nadia of Foxy Man will appreciate these as much as I do.

Finally got my hands on Zara's Balmain knock off. I had no intention of getting it, but when I saw it two weeks ago I decided it was worth the splurge (I'm in college, yes, Zara is a splurge). Took some hunting down, but prey like this are worth a little frustration. Makes all the other shoulders in my closet look so wimpy and inadequate.

Underneath I wore an open cardigan, my elastic harness, a mesh tee, and a tank.

As far as women in the music industry go, Karen O is definitely my style fave. Sorry Bjork (close second!). I say women because I could never make my mind up between Karen and Bowie. Any thoughts?

TRIBUTE

The workhorse boot. Take away all my shoes, but please, leave this one pair. Afterall, the best shoes are always the ones that you can wear every day (without destroying your feet). Still need to take my black pair to the cobbler. Desperately desperately need to take them to the cobbler. The heel taps wore down months ago, but I keep prioritizing different purchases before fixing the boots. You can fix boots anytime, but you can't find, say, a sick pair of Balenciaga platforms on sale whenever. Hopefully will fix them this weekend!
